WHO ARE WE?

Women's Outdoor Holidays is a collaboration of women who have come together to spread the word about the wide range of outdoor holidays that we are organising for other women. All of us have guided holidays in the past for WalkingWomen and other companies so we know and trust each others' experience. Whilst most of us are qualified walking group or mountain leaders, there are also guides who specialise in other activities such as skiing, wild swimming or yoga, or have specialist knowledge such as bird watching, ecology, geology, photography or history.

Most of the holidays will be for small groups staying together and enjoying a fun social time, as well as the great outdoors. Most women come on holidays alone, or sometimes with a friend or two.  But the chances are that you will leave with many more friends than you arrived with!

Many of the trips are walking holidays but there are also skiing, wild swimming, bird watching, city explorations  and many other outdoor activities for all levels of experience.

We are passionate about providing a supportive environment for women to explore the outdoors and our aim is to have fun in a way that feels safe and is enjoyable for all! Take a look and come join us on a trip!
