I have been guiding for 40 years and love women's outdoor holidays the best! I am an experienced coach, and have been a teacher of the Alexander Technique for nearly 30 years. Yoga is my lifeline to maintaining all the activities I enjoy; and The Alexander Technique helps me to stay present with my body, without pushing or judging.
I have been sharing my passion of the great outdoors, both at home in my beloved Snowdonia, and further afield, as far as the greater ranges. I believe we learn best when we are having fun. Walking, surfing, skiing, and climbing are as important to me as they were in my 20s. With my experience and knowledge of the human body, I continue to enjoy these sports and help others to do so too.
I am currently working through my cross country skiing award scheme ( BASI) and am developing " Womenski". holidays in Norway.
